How to Play Gridfun

Gridfun is a live multiplayer crossword. You select clues, type letters, and watch the shared board update in real time with every solve.

Quick start

1. Open Gridfun and pick a mode: FFA or Team.
2. Select a word on the board to view the clue.
3. Type letters to fill cells and solve words.
4. Use zoom and fit controls on mobile for faster navigation.

Game modes

FFA is a shared race where everyone pushes the same board forward. Team mode assigns red or blue teams and tracks territory ownership as solved words lock in.

Tips for better scores

1. Prioritize short crossing words to unlock more letters quickly.
2. Coordinate with chat in Team mode to avoid duplicate effort.
3. Use WordStreak abilities strategically on high-value clue clusters.
